Vinification
The 2020 Pinot Noir Fattoria Poggio Alloro is the first of all our wine produced with 100% pure Pinot noir and aged for the 12 months.
The wine is fermented in 8 special open French oak barrels. The fermentation in this type of unique barrels helps to reduce the green notes.
Aged in normal French oak barrels for the remaining 9 months.
