Rose Rosè

 

Vintage Pas Dosé Classic Method Rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. A limited production from the 2021 vintage, expressing purity, elegance, and varietal identity.

The name Rose Rosé is dedicated to the youngest member of the fourth generation, daughter of Sarah. The Pinot grapes come from Vigna Sarah , highlighting the deep connection between the wine, the family and the land.

Vinification

Grapes are hand-harvested in early September and gently pressed with short skin maceration to obtain the characteristic rosé color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature, followed by 6 months aging in tonneaux.

The wine then undergoes second fermentation in bottle according to the Classic Method, with aging on lees for 36 months.

Disgorgement in April 2025, with no dosage (Pas Dosé).

Ideal as an aperitif, excellent with raw seafood, shellfish, oysters, sushi, and refined fish or white meat dishes
