CONTRACT
 

Lenght of membership: one year 

Spring shipment should be expected to arrive approximately in April.
Fall shipment should be expected to arrive approximately in November.
 
Your card will be charged when you subscribe to the wine club you selected: bronze, silver or gold.
You will be notified when your wines have left Tuscany with our shipping company.
The shipping generally takes 30 business days from the day we process the order.
 
The client is responsible for updating their billing and shipping information with Fattoria Poggio Alloro.
Fattoria Poggio Alloro is not responsible for delays or additional charges from the shipping company if the client does not inform Fattoria Poggio Alloro of such changes prior to shipping.
The Purchaser and/or the receiver of these wines must be 21 years of age or older. Fattoria Poggio Alloro and/or its affiliates are not responsible for the following: damages or delays to wines caused by weather conditions, security clearances, customs procedures, additional taxes or duties imposed by the country or state of destination and/or acts of god.
Should you have any desire to discontinue your membership, a written notice must be provided to Fattoria Poggio Alloro. Cancelation for annual membership: bronze, silver or gold must be received for confirmation of receipt of this written notice your membership will be considered canceled and your information will be properly disposed of.
 
I authorize Fattoria Poggio Alloro to maintain my credit card that I have listed on file and to charge it annually according to the membership package that I have selected. I have read and understand this contract and agree to its terms.
