A numbered limited edition
- SOLD OUT!!!!

This idea of this wine started from a research project of Marco Fioroni, family member and wine maker, to realize a pure expression of an ancient Tuscan grape: Trebbiano,

The back labels are numbered by hands and the front label designs are an idea of Sarah Fioroni in collaboration with the two amazing Florentine woman artists: Lisa Brancatisano and Betty Soldi

Vinification

The Trebbiano has been harvested late by hands, during mid October.

The grapes are coming from one of our oldest vineyard of 35 years old.

The fermentation and aging for 12 months is done in special customized French oak barrels, done with an Acacia wood caps that gives to the wine a pleasant wild Tuscan flowers note.

The constant stirring called “batonage” is done during the 12 months to make sure that the flavor is equal and balanced.
