Grape blend

30% Merlot, 30% Pinot Nero, 40% Sangiovese. From the new vineyard “Vigna Sarah” we hand harvest Pinot Nero grapes with a very elegant perfume and wonderful structure

Vinification

The harvested grapes are divested of their stalks and kept from 8 to 10 hours in the press with low temperature, done for a soft extraction of the colour. Subsequently, they are gently pressed. Fermentation without the skins in stainless steel vats
